Items discussed:
- Graduation Ceremony: Cecilia had email and telephone calls with Ms. Rankin. Cecilia is still waiting to hear Ms. Rankin’s projected costs for the ceremony and trophies. Ms. Rankin also expressed a desire for us to help out with funding the school food program which gives lunch to those students who can not afford it.
- IT program: Ameer has had contact with Mr. Nick the IT teacher and is sending him software and training manuals. Nick still has to inform us some detailed responses to various questions raised by Ameer
- Committee at LCSS: The executive committee decided it would be in everyone’s benefit if a committee was established at the school level consisting of teachers, students and the headmaster. This will enable better communication, implementing of our goals and hearing feedback and input from the school. We would like the committee to consist of the following teachers:

4. Fund Raiser: We spoke about the procedures for selling event and raffle tickets. Kris sugested we each hand out 10 or so books to trusted friends and relatives that we can rely on to sell those raffles. We also discussed:
a. Food list which will be handled as last year
b. DJ: We will go with Eno’s
5. Playground: Gord informs due to the continued rain, the job has stalled.. Howie will also discuss the playground status with the headmaster by telephone.
