Details:
1) Ticket and raffle sales review: The committee decided to make a serious final push to sell more tickets and raffles. Specific plans were outlined.
2) Food and utensil/supplies review: Responsibilities were given to members to be in charge of various needed supplies and for the coordination of the food preparation.
3) Door prize drawing: Radha volunteered to provide jewelry for a door prize.
4) Evening responsibilities were outlined per member for covering the bar, door and food.
5) Pricing was set for the bar drinks
