Fund raiser planning:
a) DJ: Riaz has a DJ willing to volunteer his time. Some members will soon listen to a demo. Then we will decide whether to go with this choice or the house DJ
b) Corporate Sponsorships: Some of the members will be soliciting certain companies known to them as potential sponsors. Company names will be listed in our event flyer and announced at the event
c) Initial discussions started for the amount of food trays required and plans for the cash bar
d) Entry ticket and raffle ticket sales made so far were tabulated and accounted for
