Minutes of 11/8/13 NY Executive Committee meeting
Venue: Carib Cabana, Jamaica

Items discussed:
1) We have been in touch with the headmaster lately and he informed us that there is construction proceeding at the school. A full announcement describing what is being built has been posted in the News Section of our website. The HM also asked us to help fund the Prize Giving Ceremony and we have agreed to provide $600.00 toward the event.
2) We are now in contact with Pamela Jaijaijaram again and she will be following up on the athletic uniform project we have agreed to fund. If we can not obtain the uniforms in Guyana we will procure them in the USA. This project will cost at least $1700.00
3) Eno is going to Guyana during Thanksgiving and she will meet with Phool Denobrega and also visit the school
4) We have agreed to provide $400.00 towards fixing up the teachers lounge provided Pamela Jaijaijaram can find a local contractor and coordinate this project.
