Executive Committee Receives Letter Asking for Financial Assistance with University of Guyana

In September we receive this very poignant letter asking for tuition assistance for entering UG. We were so touched by the letter and after learning more about the LCSS student who sent it, we decided to fund the first year of this student’s tuition which was $1300.00. The letter is attached and redacted in parts to protect the identity of the student. We all feel very good about what we did in this case.
